Carone
Stucky is a life long competitive equestrian. She has been riding since
the age of 5, and started competing at 9 yrs. old, working her way up
through the ranks. Her expertise ranges from local shows, to national
and international levels. She has shown competitively and successfully
at Devon, Harrisburg, Washington, and New York, and has excelled in
many areas, especially Equitation. Her Education is in the field of
medicine, and she has received her BA in Nursing and Science from Wayne
State University.
In 1995, Carone was invited to train in Europe with Olympic Chef D’Equipe
trainer Hank Noren where she trained and rode horses in Holland and
Belgium. This venture sent her on a magnificent journey to traveling
to Hickstead England to that show, being involved in buying horses from
Gold medal Olympic rider Mark Todd, for families is Saudi Arabia. She
currently owns and shows horses in Europe and the U.S. throughout each
year.
Carone has students showing at all levels: from local, A, AA, and international
show jumping.
She currently has students that have qualified for the Medal Maclay
Finals. She has bred, raised, and trained many famous horses including:
Fernwalk- the #1 small junior in the United States, Black Type winner
in the Medal Maclay equitation qualifying regional and National finalist,
First in Flight winner of National Level Jumpers, Courvoisier MHJA Confirmation
Grand Champion, Grand Traverse- Medal Maclay equitation finalist currently
residing at Hedge & Turf farm, Beijing top Small Junior Champion,
Boomerang Zone Champion in the Children’s Jumpers, Chasm Z- Jr./Amateur
Jumpers Grand Champion to name a few. Carone specializes in the training,
teaching, and horsemanship of both the rider and the horse.
She prides her ability to match the right horses with the right rider
at whatever level they want to ride and/ or compete.
